Q. Can I use my own boxes?
A. If you prefer to use your own boxes we can certainly store them for you. Just Like you shouldn't be stuck in a present storage unit, you shouldn't have to try and make your things fit into a pre-set box size. We can store just about any size box in our secure warehouse.

You can also combine using your own boxes with using our boxes.  If you wish to use our free boxes simply order the number you need.  You can then add any number of your own boxes to the order as well.  This way you can use our boxes for storing clothes while using your own box/case for storing your golf clubs.

Q. Can I have my boxes returned to a different address?
A. You can have your boxes returned anywhere you need them. You don't even have to have all of your boxes returned to the same address. This allows you to move from place to place but still have access to your boxes.

For instance if you are on vacation and you want to have your golf clubs sent to your hotel, all you have to do is enter the hotel address. If you move across country, just enter your new address and your boxes are on their way.

Q. What kind of boxes and packing supplies do you send?
A. Our boxes are all double walled corrugated boxes test to 275 lbs. Along with each of our boxes we include 15 feet of bubble wrap and a roll of tape. The size of the boxes we send are 24"x12"x12."

Q. How do I know what is in each box?
A. Our secure website allows you to upload as many pictures of your box and the items you have in it. This allows you to determine exactly which box has the things you need to be sent back.

Q. How do I pay for my storage?
A. We accept any major credit or debit card including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Your card will then be billed each month for your rental charge.

Q. How quickly can I get my boxes back?
A. You can have your box returned to you as quickly as you need. Whether you need the speed of FedEx Priority Shipping or the cost effectiveness of FedEx ground you can choose the return option that works for you. However no matter which service you choose, we guarantee to have your boxes dropped off with FedEx within one business day of placing your return order.

Q. Will FedEx come up to my apartment to get my boxes?
A. FedEx will come right to your door to get your boxes. You have a few choices. If you have a doorman you can leave the boxes with him, otherwise you can either leave your boxes outside your door or schedule your pickup for when you are at home. The FedEx pickup person will ring your doorbell and retrieve your boxes from your apartment. If you need special assistance in retrieving the boxes from within your apartment you will need to schedule your pickup via 1-800-GO-FEDEX.

Q. Will you open my boxes?
A. You seal your boxes and we store them just the way they are. The only time we ever open your boxes if there is a safety or legal concern.

Q. Where will my boxes be stored?
A. Your boxes will be stored in our brand new steel and concrete warehouse. Our warehouse is covered by a full fire alarm and sprinkler system, dual HVAC climate-control systems, 24/7 security cameras, and on-site management.

Q. How much will it cost to have my boxes sent back?
A. Due to our large volume of boxes shipped via FedEx we are able to pass along greatly reduced rates for all of your return shipments.  Ground is the most cost effective way to have your boxes returned. Below is a list of FedEx ground shipping charges for a typical 20 lb box to a few major cities in the U.S.  (Note:  When ordering your boxes returned to you, you can save even more money off the shipping prices listed below when you request more than one box at a time.)

Q. Is there anything I can't store?
A. We will store just about anything. However due to safety and insurance reasons we are unable to store food products, hazardous/flammable materials, and liquids.

Q. Is there a weight limit for my boxes?
A. FedEx has a limit of 70 lbs for home delivered packages.

Q. What is your policy on refunds?
A. We truly believe you shouldn’t be paying for storage you don’t need, whether it is unused space or unused months. Therefore any full months, other than your initial order, you have prepaid with us we will be glad to refund if you no longer need your storage.
